    General Improvements

    • We’ve made several enhancements to improve overall system performance, reliability, and user experience.

    Fixed Issues

    • TF-19826: SSO Bug with Duplicate Usernames
      Resolved an issue where duplicate usernames caused Single Sign-On (SSO) failures. Users with non-unique usernames can now log in without issues, ensuring smoother access and authentication.


    CRM Integration-Specific Improvements

    Salesforce Integration

    • TF-19871: Context Match Feature
      Added a new "Context Match" feature for Salesforce users, enhancing the accuracy of data matching within the CRM. This feature improves data relevancy and search precision, helping users find exactly what they need faster and with greater accuracy.

    Salesforce / Dynamics Integrations

    • TF-19800: Inbound Number Tracking and Call Modules
      Introduced Inbound Number Tracking and Call Modules support, allowing both Salesforce and Dynamics users to track inbound calls directly within the CRM. This addition streamlines the management of customer interactions by consolidating call data, improving sales efficiency and insights.

    NetSuite Integration

    • TF-19835: Concurrency Issues with Notes Saving: Identified and resolved a concurrency issue in NetSuite, which affected the reliability of saving notes. This fix ensures that notes save successfully in high-concurrency environments, enhancing workflow consistency and preventing data loss.
