Report Center Enablement
Enabling Access to Report Center
There are two requirements for accessing the Report Center:
- Site Configuration
- The site must have one or both of the following AC features enabled:
- Report Center AC Feature
- Generative AI AC Feature
- The site must have one or both of the following AC features enabled:
- User Account Requirements
- The user account must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Possess the appropriate user role (e.g., Agent Manager) with the necessary permissions.
- Have valid login credentials through the LivePerson Authentication (LPA) system.
- The user account must meet at least one of the following criteria:
AC Features Enablement
Follow these steps to activate the Report Center for your brand:
- Log in to Houston
- Access the Houston page of your brand.
- Navigate to Houston via the Supportal platform.
- Provide your Site ID, Username, and Password.
- On the right-hand side of the Houston page, click on "Houston" to access the feature settings.
- Locate the AC Feature Section
- Search for Report Center Settings
- In the filter search field, type 'Reporting.ReportCenter'.
- You will see the following options:
Reporting.ReportCenter
Reporting.ReportCenter.Override
- Enable Report Center Features
- Mark both options (Reporting.ReportCenter and Reporting.ReportCenter.Override) by selecting their checkboxes.
- Click on "UPDATE FEATURES" to save the changes and activate the Report Center.
User Account Requirements for Report Center Access
To access the Report Center, users must meet one of the following:
- LPA Login Credentials
- The user has valid LPA login credentials
- Role and Permissions
- Role: The user must hold the role of Agent Manager.
- Group Management: The user must manage at least one Agent Group.
- Permissions: At least one of the following permissions must be enabled:
- View Agents' Conversations: Permission to view conversations within the managed group.
- View Conversation History: Permission to access historical conversation records.
