There are two methods to contact support:
- Live messaging - consult and troubleshoot with our 24/7 team for immediate response. This is the method to use for high-priority issues that require immediate attention.
- Open a ticket via connection panel - recommended for medium and low priority issues
Live Messaging channel is especially useful for high-priority issues that requires immediate attention. Messaging is available to everyone 24/7 and is highly recommended.
- Log into the Conversational Cloud
- Expand the Connection Area by clicking the three vertical dots on the right of the browser
- Click on the message icon to contact LivePerson
- Start messaging
You can start Live messaging to contact our support team from your Conversational Cloud account, the Knowledge Center, or your login page, simply by clicking on the orange messaging button on the bottom right of the webpage.
