- We’ve implemented multiple fixes and updates to enhance platform stability and performance across all environments.
Resolved Issues
- TF-20050: [Defect] TCC Fails to Reconnect to AES on Redhat After DMCC Library Update to 10.2
- Fixed an issue where the Telephony Connector Component (TCC) failed to reconnect to AES servers on Redhat systems following a library update. Connections are now reliable and uninterrupted.
- TF-20061: [Defect]: Call Not Displayed on Tenfold App (Intermittent)
- Addressed an intermittent issue that caused calls to not appear in the Tenfold App. This fix ensures better consistency and call visibility.
- TF-19981: [Defect] Extensions Not Displayed in Dashboard After Call Initiation via Interaction Simulator
- Resolved an issue where extensions were missing from the dashboard after a simulated call was initiated. All relevant extensions now display correctly.
- TF-20041: [Defect]: Call Not Displayed on Tenfold App
- Fixed a defect causing calls to occasionally not display in the app for users testing QA patches.
- TF-20042: [Defect] Unable to Load Analytics Page
- Corrected an issue preventing the Analytics page from loading in QA-patched environments.
- TF-20070: [Defect]: Blind Transfer Target Unable to See Related Events
- Fixed an issue where users could not view related events when blind-transferring calls, improving the call-handling workflow.
