WhatsApp Stickers support
Brands are able to receive static and animated stickers from Consumers on the WhatsApp Messaging Channel. Agents can see previews of the stickers in the transcript, and open and download the stickers from the Agent Workspace.
Currently animated stickers are not previewed in the transcripts. Agents will need to open or download them in order to see what is shared by Consumer.
