Vue3 Upgrade

In the upcoming milestone, LivePerson is thrilled to announce the migration of its frontend framework from Vue2 to Vue3. This transition represents a significant technological leap forward, empowering brands with a modern stack while maintaining stability and enhancing agent experience.

  • Vue3 Migration: LivePerson has successfully migrated its frontend framework from Vue2 to Vue3, harnessing the latest features and improvements offered by Vue.js. 
  • Modern Stack: Brands can now leverage a more advanced and efficient technology stack, empowering them with enhanced capabilities and performance. 
  • UI Stability: The migration to Vue3 has been carefully executed to maintain UI stability and consistency. Brands can expect the same user experience with minimal disruptions. 
  • New Date Picker Component: In alignment with the migration, LivePerson has introduced a new date picker component to replace the old one. This change ensures continued support and compatibility with the latest technologies.

Benefits of Enhanced Date Picker 

  • Select Specific Month: The enhanced date picker allows users to select a specific month with ease, eliminating the need for tedious scrolling through long lists. Just click on Month on the top bar, and the user can quickly select the month he wants to filter the conversations.

  • Select Specific Year: Users can now select a specific year directly, streamlining the date selection process without the need for extensive scrolling. Click on Year on the top bar, and the user can quickly select the Year he wants to filter the conversations.

  • User Friendly: The new date picker component offers a modern and intuitive interface, enhancing user experience while ensuring swift performance.

New Filter Option Added to Generative Insights - Intent Filter


Generative Insights now includes an additional filter option to enhance user experience and accuracy in extracting valuable insights.

New Feature: Inter Filter

We have introduced a new filter option named "Inter" to the existing filter list in Generative Insights. This option allows users to target conversations based on specific intent, further refining the selection process for insights generation. By leveraging the "Inter" filter, users can maximize the accuracy of insights derived from their chosen conversations.

The addition of the "Inter" filter empowers users and LLMs to precisely select conversations for insights analysis, thereby optimizing the relevance and effectiveness of the insights provided.


This enhancement enables users to delve deeper into conversations based on specific intents, offering a more comprehensive understanding of customer interactions and agent performance.

In our continuous effort to improve user experience, we have enhanced the 'View Conversation' table in Generative Insights by introducing filter options for each column.

Feature Enhancement: Filter Options

The 'View Conversation' table serves as a comprehensive overview of the conversations that underpin the insights provided. To offer users greater flexibility and insight into these conversations, we have added the ability to filter each column within the table.

Included Details in 'View Conversation' Table:

  • Conversation ID
  • MCS Score
  • Skill Names
  • Channel Source
  • Conversation Extract


This enhancement aims to empower users with the ability to delve deeper into specific aspects of the conversations, thereby facilitating a better understanding of the insights derived.

Usage Instructions:

Users can now filter the 'View Conversation' table by selecting their desired criteria for each column. This allows for a customized and focused exploration of the conversation data.
