New Updates: Rewrite - Updated LLM Prompt with language support & Announcement re Viber Chatbot
Enhancements
We've revamped the Rewrite prompt to adopt a more business-casual tone, fostering friendlier conversations. In addition, we've addressed the issue where links, numbers, and emojis were not retained, ensuring a smoother experience.
Rewrite supports the following list of languages in experimental mode. This means that Rewrite will adapt to the language the agent uses in the text box. For instance, if Spanish is used and the agent clicks on Rewrite, the response will also be in Spanish.

- French
- Spanish
- Italian
- Portuguese
Known limitation:
- The three options for rewriting the same phrase may result in the same suggestion when attempting a second or third retry for languages other than English.
Features
As of 05.02.2024, Viber Chatbots have transitioned to a new commercial model. Previously, brands could create chatbots without fees or contracts if messages stayed under 10,000. However, under the new model, each new chatbot requires a contractual agreement between brand and Viber with a monthly maintenance fee of 100 EUR.
There is no commercial impact/changes on Viber Chatbots created before 05.02.2024 (old Viber Chatbots).
