Introducing the LivePerson Announcement Center. Bringing the latest updates to our users where they won’t miss a thing. The announcement center is highly segmented and enables LivePerson to share announcements based on brands, roles, and specific events on the platform. This is a LivePerson UI enhancement.

Note: Agents won’t be able to see the Announcements Center (it will not appear on the Agent Workspace).
