Google Business Messages (GBM) connector self-service onboarding is now available on the Conversational Cloud. GBM connector greatly increases the messaging volume and visibility of the brand with the various entry points that Google Business Messages offer (Google Maps, Google Search, URL, Phone etc.), making it easier for brands to manage, verify and launch agents and locations using self service.
The process of onboarding a GBM connector is now self-service, allowing brands to manage their own connectors without LivePerson support, and set up all configurations and integrations on the LivePerson Conversational Cloud that is required to launch the connector.
