Moderation on Facebook and Instagram
On Facebook conversations, agents can hide, unhid, and delete consumer comments made on brand posts right from within the Agent Workspace.
On Instagram conversations, agents can hide, unhide and delete consumer comments made on brand posts and reels. These actions for moderation are accessible from the drop down menu presented when a message is hovered over.
The updates from moderation are reflected in the UI with the original message bubble modifying along with a relevant notifier in the transcript area as shown below.
