  • Virtual background skill transfer support
    • Support virtual background image per skill for conversations that are transferred from one skill to another.
  • Video conversation works in Mobile SDK on iOS
    • In a video conversation, when the user was using Mobile SDK on iOS, agents were not able to see the user video and the user was not able to see the agent video or its own video. This issue is now fixed.
