Chat Workspace Update: Product Streamlining

From September 10th, non-chat accounts will no longer have access to the Chat Workspace, and the Agent Workspace for Chat won't appear in their navigation bar.

Customers monitoring agent availability through the Chat Workspace can enable limited access to agents via Manager Workspace using unique permission.
