Secure Forms for Messaging

The all new Secure Forms Studio V3 is live now!

Accessible under Engage in the CCUI Nav Bar:

  • Easier navigation: Directly accessible from CCUI Nav Bar. 
  • Opens within CCUI, as opposed to Secure Forms Studio V2 that opens in a new tab. 
  • ‘Assign Skills to Forms’ panel integrated within the ‘Forms’ panel, reducing the number of panels users need to navigate through. 
  • Fully integrated in CCUI, offering seamless navigation and an improved user experience.

Note: Current users of the Studio can access the new version of the Studio without any additional setup needed. The users simply need to start using the new Secure Forms Studio V3 as part of the migration.

All Secure Forms Studio users are requested to migrate to the new Studio V3. The old Studio will be deprecated by December 2024.

The GI application is currently accessible in the EMEA region. With the implementation of the RTBF API, we are poised to officially onboard customers and ensure full compliance with GDPR regulations.

The RTBF API strengthens our commitment to data privacy and enables us to meet GDPR requirements effectively. By integrating this API into GI, we empower our users with greater control over their personal data, fostering trust and compliance within the EU market.
