Don’t Auto Log Calls
Disable automatic call logging
Enable Don't Auto Log Calls to turn off Tenfold auto logging in favor or manually logging your calls with the Tenfold app. This means that Tenfold will only save your calls back to the CRM if your agent clicks the "Save" button after wrapping a call.
What is Don't Auto Log Calls?
Out of the box, Tenfold automatically logs all single-match calls to your CRM (see Match a phone number with CRM records in the Tenfold Desktop UI for an explanation of matching scenarios).
However, if you would prefer to have agents consciously log their calls, enabling Don't Auto Log Calls prevents single-match calls from automatically logging to the CRM. Instead, the end user must click Save in the UI to log a call to the CRM.
Configuration
To configure Don't Auto Log Calls:
- Navigate to your Tenfold Dashboard Features tab.
- Using the Feature Menu on the left-hand side of the screen, locate and select Don't Auto-Log Calls.
- Check the top right corner of the Don't Auto-Log Calls feature page to confirm whether or not this feature is currently enabled or disabled.
- If the pill button is red and reads "Disabled," click it so that it turns green and reads "Enabled."
