Which Versions of Mitel/ShoreTel Are Supported?

    Overview: We have worked with and supported many versions of the Mitel/ShoreTel phone systems. However, due to ever-changing updates to their products, we have now taken the following official stance.

    Tenfold integration type:CCS
    Supported CCS version:

    32-bit Windows

    NOTE: Always use the 32-bit version of CCS for Mitel/Shoretel, even for 64-bit Windows systems.


    Tenfold makes every effort to maintain the life of our integrations through ongoing support from our Technical Support and Engineering teams, however in some cases beyond the control of Tenfold, product change, or end of life becomes unavoidable. This is often driven by changes within the third-party systems which independently make platform adjustments and change integration points. With this being the case, Tenfold has no immediate plans to support future versions or updates beyond the known working integrations of our Mitel/ShoreTelShortel platform.

    When these changes occur, Tenfold understands the impacts on our customers and makes every effort possible to help provide support for integrations that are known to work by recommending legacy versions of your telephony system or prior versions of our own connector.

    Should your team wish to continue to leverage Tenfold services, our recommendation will be for your team to leverage revert to the last known working version of Mitel/Tenfold integration. Alternatively, your team can evaluate alternative telephony providers that integrate with Tenfold Services.
