View Salesforce API limits


    Salesforce limits the number of API calls for a single organization. Tenfold uses API calls in order to facilitate the following functions:

    • Matching calls to CRM records
    • Searching your CRM for matching records
    • Creating new CRM records

    If you have noticed these functions stopped working, it may be due to reaching your API limit.

    If you are a Salesforce Administrator, you can use the information in the following graphic to pull up the most recent API usage by Salesforce user. This can sometimes be helpful in tracking down the source of high API usage.
