Use OfficeServ to check for call activity with Samsung PBX

    • Install and configure OfficeServ Link.
    • In GoConnect, enter the IP address of the computer running the OfficeServ Link program.
    • Add a Trunk Access Code if there is a # that you must dial to reach an outside line.
    • Make sure that your extensions have names and that they appear in the extension pane.
    • Check for call activity.
