Uninstall Tenfold for ServiceNow

    Use this procedure to remove Tenfold if you have installed the wrong core app on your ServiceNow instance or due to other installation errors.

    You cannot delete applications directly from the Studio.

    The following instructions explain how to uninstall a newly installed Tenfold application. If you have a highly customized Tenfold installation, contact Tenfold support for assistance.

    Uninstall Tenfold for ServiceNow

    • Navigate to your ServiceNow instance in your browser.
    • From the main screen, use the Filter navigation to search for "System Applications."
    • Click MyCompany Applications under the System Applications in the left-hand navigation.

    • In the Installed section of the page, locate the Tenfold application and click it.

    • Click the Uninstall link at the bottom of the page.

    • When prompted, click OK to confirm uninstalling the application, and then type "uninstall" in the box provided.

    • The application uninstalls.
    • Click Done.

    • In the Filter navigation, search for scope and then click Application Cross-Scope Access.

        • NOTE: You can stop here, or continue to the next optional (but recommended) step.
    • In the Cross scope privileges page, search for CTI Connector under Source Scope.

    • Delete the CTI Connector permissions that pertain to the uninstalled application to remove all traces of the application.
