The latest updates for Cloud Connect Server (CCS).


Downloads:

Important

  • The 64-bit version is for use with 3CX systems only. All other systems must use the 32-bit version, even those running 64-bit operating systems.


Certified phone systems:

This release is certified for the following phone systems and operating systems:

  • 3CX: Windows Server 2016
  • Avaya AES: Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019
  • Cisco UCM: Windows Server 2016

This release is not certified for the following phone systems:

  • Avaya IP Office


General improvements:

  • TF-13035: Security fixes.


Phone system specific improvements:

  • Avaya AES
    • SUS-1410: Confirms compatibility with a Microsoft patch.
  • Avaya CCT-based integrations (includes AACC, ACCS, CS1K)
    • SUS-1380: Fixes an issue which caused errors to appear in the logs whenever a new call was initiated and the log level was set to 5 or higher.
    • SUS-1383: Fixes an issue which caused internal warm transfers to an agent extension to fail.
