    In this release:

    • TF-10450: Adds a new feature in the Tenfold Dashboard for customers to generate API tokens to allow secure webhook requests.
    • TF-11102: Fixes an issue causing a call to end when a customer left a consult call with two agents still connected.
    • TF-11105: Adds a feature for disconnecting the initial caller when in a consult or conference call with multiple agents.
    • TF-11373: Adds the ability for user to put a caller on hold in a call with multiple agents.
    • TF-11374: Fixes an issue causing the state of a consult call to display incorrectly after putting the call on hold using the Avaya One-X softphone.
    • TF-11375: Fixes an issue causing the state of a consult call to display incorrectly after pressing Retrieve using the Avaya One-X softphone.
    • TF-11388: Disables the mute and call recording buttons for Avaya AES because these functions are not currently supported.

    In this release:

    • REQ-42: Adds support for advanced call controls, including: cold transfer, warm transfer, swap calls, join calls, mute/unmute, and send DTMF.
    • REQ-43: Fixes an issue where Tenfold did not support a federating agent state between Omni-Channel and the Avaya private cloud.
    • REQ-178: Removes the "remember me" option from the Avaya branded connector.
    • REQ-181: Security fixes.
