Talk Time
Noticing disparities between the talk time reported by your PBX and by Tenfold? By default, Tenfold logs call time from the time the phone starts ringing. All PBXs are unique and sometimes the call events we receive from your phone system are a bit different than the way we receive call events from other systems. If you enable Talk Time, it will only log time from point the call was answered until the call is terminated (excludes ring time).
By default, the call duration for your Organization are tracked from the first Ring event to the Hangup event. With Talk Time enabled, analytic data measures call duration from the Connected event to the Hangup event.
