Use Logout and Error URLs with Advanced Login SSO

Features

Account Access Control Page - Self-Service Configuration for SSO Redirection

LivePerson allows account administrators to configure SSO Redirection URLs (ssoLogoutUri and ssoErrorUri) within the Account Access Control → Single Sign-On tab.

Key functionality:

  • The Single Sign-On tab will feature a new configuration section.
  • The page will be divided into two collapsible sections: “Identity Provider” and “Custom URLs.”
  • By default, the “Identity Provider” section will be expanded, while the “Custom URLs” section will be collapsed.
  • Administrators should have the ability to enable input fields for configuring either or both attributes: “Use custom SSO logout URL”  and “Use custom SSO error URL”.

Enhancements

Add Custom Logout and Error URLs to SSO Configuration in the Management Console

Key functionality

In the legacy Unified Login configuration, account admins could set up custom ssoLogoutUrl and ssoErrorUrl so that users would be redirected to a brand’s landing page upon logout or session error, rather than the default Conversational Cloud login page. For accounts using only SSO, this functionality was not available.

To align the configuration between the legacy system and the new SSO in Auth0, we have introduced the ability to configure these URLs in the SSO tab within the Access Control section of the Management Console. This update ensures that the logout and error URL settings are consistent with the rest of the SSO configurations.
