View transcript in Optimize tab
The Optimize tab shows all of the messages that were annotated by agents to give a quick look a the conversation. This enhancement provides an option to view the original transcript within the annotate tab when clicking on an annotation, highlighting the specific text that was annotated by the agent alongside the conversation’s transcript.

Use a new "export" button to the optimize tab that will generate a CSV file with all currently filtered annotations details.
Setup the Medallia Post Conversational Survey integration in a completely self-service way. With just a few basic steps, easily create the connection with Medallia and associate the necessary Medallia surveys with the LivePerson skills. Once completed, the final step to activate these surveys in LivePerson is to enable the third-party bot.
