Clearing the Cache for the Tenfold App
Overview: In the event you need to clear the cache of any of the embedded Tenfold apps for Salesforce, Dynamics, or ServiceNow, please follow the steps below.
In the event you need to clear the cache of any of the embedded Tenfold apps for Salesforce, Dynamics, or ServiceNow, please follow the steps below.
- Right-click on the Tenfold embedded app and choose Inspect.
- Go to Application in the developer tools window. If you don’t see Application, you may need to click the “>>” icon to show hidden options.
- Under Storage, expand IndexedDB section.
- Click on tenfold and choose delete database.
- Right-click in the Tenfold embedded app and choose reload frame.
Clearing cache for the Windows app
You will need to enable viewing hidden files and folders in order to complete the steps below.
- Quit the Tenfold app by going to Tenfold > Quit Tenfold.
- Open Windows Explorer.
- Navigate to C:\Users\[Your User]\AppData\Roaming, or type WIN+R and enter %appdata%.
- Delete the Tenfold Folder.
- Open the Tenfold app.
