Change a user’s password - Tenfold

    Overview: This article provides a quick overview of changing a user’s password as a Tenfold Dashboard Admin.


    Administrative password changes

    In the Users tab of the Tenfold Dashboard, Admins have the ability to update passwords for users in their organization. If you are not an Admin and need to set or reset your password, see Set or reset your Tenfold Dashboard password instead. Admins can complete the following steps to achieve the same result.

    • To begin, navigate to the Users tab and click the navicon button in the “Settings” column. From the dropdown, select the “Change Password” option.

    • You will be taken to this screen to create a new password for the user. Enter the password in the two fields shown below and click “CREATE NEW PASSWORD” to complete the process.
