Authorize Tenfold Cloud to read call transcripts from Avaya Conversational Intelligence
This section is for informational purposes only. Work with your Avaya Account Team to ensure that your ACI instance is configured to monitor the appropriate projects and agents.
- Navigate to Avaya Conversational Intelligence Dashboard, located at https://app.aci.avaya.com/api/admin.
- Go to ACL Groups.
- Create a new group.
- In GROUP DETAILS, give the group a name (example: test group). Select All projects and All agents.
- In API KEYS, generate a new API key. Give the key a name (example: Tenfold key).
- Copy the key.
- In Tenfold Dashboard, go to Avaya Conversational Intelligence and paste the key in ACI API Key field.
- Click Save.
