Agent Status
Clearly display agent availability
Use Tenfold Agent Status to help manage the status of your Tenflold users across the CRM and PBX. With this feature enabled, agents can quickly and easily toggle between "available" and "unavailable" states from a dropdown menu in the Tenfold UI.
Agent Status is located in the Tenfold Dashboard, under Features >Agent Status
Agent Status features
Agent Status provides different settings in this feature:
- Agent Login and Logout Enable this preference if you want Tenfold to provide the ability to log agents in and out.
- Status Mapping auto-provisioning When enabled, this option causes Tenfold to periodically poll for available agent statuses and automatically build mappings for them. Existing mappings will not be changed. Keep in mind that this option only applies if you have a single integration enabled.
- Integrations Enable or disable agent status for your integrations. The available statuses in the Status Mapping section will be refreshed after you have saved your change.
