Features

The Web Tag (or lpTag) provides ‘Hooks’ that allow a brand website JavaScript function/callback to be invoked to “interfere” with certain events. A new web tag hook is now available that allows you to dynamically inject custom welcome messages into your web conversations. This could be used, for example, to provide a personalized welcome message based on the user’s browser session or location.

Along with custom text, quick replies can be included to prompt the user for a specific response. Please visit our developer center for more information on how to implement this feature on your website.
