Integration Hub (iHub)

Description:

The Integration Hub (iHub) enables brand admins and LivePerson admins to explore, configure and enable integrations in a self-serve manner. It is a one stop shop where brand admins will discover, activate, configure and monitor integrations that power their conversational commerce journey.

Enablement:

Brand admins can access iHub in the left navigation of Conversational Cloud.
