[GBM] Multiple Google Business Messaging connectors

Type: Enhancement [GBM 3.23.0]

Brands are now able to configure multiple GBM agents aka multiple GBM connectors to one single parent account in the Conversational Cloud. This will also allow the brands to open multiple conversations with the same consumer using one Conversational Cloud account.
