Maven Workspace Dark Theme

New GUI Based Context Attribute Editor

Brands can now use UI based tools to setup Static and FaaS attributes in Context Warehouse. The New UI also simplifies connecting to Live Person Functions, as all available functions are now automatically available in a drop down.

Maven Integration with Intent Builder

Intents built using Intent Builder are now available in the Maven Context warehouse to easily build intent based routing policies

New GUI based Policy Editor

Brands and Maven Workspace users can now use a set of UI based tools to build routing policies without the need to understand scripting.

EmailConnect

Type: Enhancement

Brands can add an unlimited number of email addresses to LiveEngage and even route each email address to a different skill. For example, you can route info@, support@ and sales@ to different skills, allowing specialized bots and agents to handle your email interactions.

This feature is now generally available in Email Connect. Click Add Email at the upper right of your screen and complete the setup steps. You may repeat this process for an unlimited number of email addresses.
